  • As our candles are handcrafted and freshly poured, each piece is made with attention to detail and quality.
  • Customized, bulk, or festive orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, peak festive seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging & Transit Safety

Every Celestine order is securely packed using premium protective materials to ensure safe transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video. The video must:

  • Be recorded in one continuous shot.
  • Clearly show the unopened package being opened.
  • Display the product and packaging condition.

Our team will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
